     Loretta has worked for the company long before she & Lynn Bowman purchased the company in 1975. She has performed every function possible within the company from payroll to manufacturing, answering phones to shipping. In the '80s, she computerized BHI's entire office system with absolutely no training whatsoever, modernizing our company for The Information Age. Loretta has worked long hours over the years to ensure the success of our company. Today,  she remains the guiding hand, President, CEO and sole Owner of Bowman Handles, Inc. Loretta has 3 children, Ray Bowman, Lynnett Bowman Smith and Lisa Bowman Martin, as well as 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She loves shopping, traveling and spending time with family.

Fun Fact: Loretta is a huge fan of the Golden State Warriors.

Nicknames: Ray-Bo, Mayor Ray, Dad, PawPaw

     Ray began helping keep the grounds at Bowman Handles, Inc. in 1976, after his parents bought the mill. In 1982, he began running a route truck in Arkansas, Kentucky, and Tennessee selling handles and tools to hardware and feed stores. His work on the road helped build BHI into what it is today. Following the death of his father, Lynn, in 1994, Ray came off the road to run the plant. Ray enjoys spending time with his 4 kids and 4 grandchildren, mowing, going to church, and fulfilling civic duties. 

Fun Fact: In 2015 Ray was elected as the first mayor of Southside—Arkansas’ newest city—a position he still holds.

     Lisa is responsible for the management of the office, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Traffic Management, Billing, minor IT assistance, Safety Management, Environmental Compliance and works with all other departments as needed... including but not limited to cat herding. She and her husband,  Mark have been married for 25 years and have 4 children and  6 grandchildren. Lisa is also the Board Treasurer for Alpha Pregnancy Center and part- time pianist and barista for Desha Baptist Church. Lisa enjoys her grandbabies, reading, refinishing furniture,  spending time with her family and her church family.

Fun Fact: Lisa is a huge lover of all things Harry Potter, The Marvel Universe, DIY TV and true crime.

       Julie has many years of experience in payroll, accounts receivable and administrative assistant. Some of her qualities are integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Away from work she loves spending time with her husband Ray and their family. They have 4 grown children, 1 son in law, 2 daughter in laws, and 4 precious grandchildren. She is a Christian and loves teaching children and being a part of the
women's ministry at Desha First Baptist Church.  

Fun Fact: Julie also enjoys sports, reading and spending time at the lake.
